My first lithograph

I did my first lithograph today. It is actually waterless lithography which is an interesting process. As Mr Bruno Patyn (who taught me the technique) writes on the Boiling Point Press website: 'Waterless lithography is a quick and dirty approach to the classic, high-brow printmaking technique, but is nonetheless as versatile, exquisite and challenging as the original version.'
Well as you can see it was definitely challenging! I'd say it is more splodgy than exquisite at this point, but it was a really fun and very different process to the kind of printmaking I'm used to doing.
Here's a link if anyone wants to know how to do it http://www.boilingpointpress.org/waterless-lithography-introduction
