Another walk and another collage!

Below is a drawing/collage of an enormous factory that I finished yesterday. I'm not sure how I feel about it, I spent so long on it I can't look at it objectively.


I went for a walk to Prenzlauer Berg yesterday to a big flea market, below are a couple of photos from my journey there. It was a lovely day, very cold but lovely and sunny. You can see the famous Ampelmann traffic lights in the first picture!


At the moment I'm just getting a piece of lino ready to start my first print. Exciting.

    The collage is slightly different to your previous ones as it has a lot of intricate detail. I think it makes quite a contrast to the big flat areas and creates a powerful central focus. It must have taken you ages to do!
